Run as if you’re flying. Feel the wind brushing up against your face, listen to your heartbeat getting fast, see your feet going front and back.

Run as if you’re meditating. Give your attention fully to your body. The changes in breathing pattern, the sweating, movement of hands, stretching of muscles. It is meditation if you pay attention to your body rather than thinking what you’re going to do next. You’re connecting with yourself leaving the outside world.

The word meditation has been hyped without the real meaning getting out. Meditation can be practiced in many ways. Creativity is everywhere and in everything. There are no hard and fast rules in meditation. Meditating should soften your soul and calm your body.

Meditate while running, walking, studying, singing, working or anything. Just don’t forget to focus on it.
